Premier Portraits has been photographing events and printing on-site since 1997. Order and View Photos Online

At Premier Portrait Studio we believe in quality products and fast service. Since our company focuses primarily on school portraits and event photography, we understand the importance of having to share important photos with a wide array of teachers, parents and event attendees.

We offer an online portal, setup as galleries for each event attendee, student, teacher or parent to access anywhere with internet access. From this portal you can search through your school or events photos and make a purchase based on your individual needs.

Connecticut Photo Processing and Restoration

At Premier Portrait Studio, we are more than just a Portrait Studio. We are a full service photo lab, where we can process photos and help you with any of your processing needs.

Photo Restoration
Whether you have an old photograph, which needs to be restored to its original condition, or have old film or slides you’d like to make digital - we can set up a consultation to get a more accurate picture (no pun intended) of your needs. Prices start at $25.

Photo Processing
In the world of digital photography, we have an array of printing equipment to handle large and small print jobs. Most of our photo processing is done on standard luster paper. We also have the options of canvas, glossy, and metalic paper and can print up to 44 inches long.

Since we are a small, local studio located in central Connecticut, you have the ability to mail us your photos, or use our FTP site to load any prints you need printing. In most cases we have your prints turned around within 24 hours and accept payment over the phone or when you pick up your order. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Checks or Cash.

New Year, New You; Professional Headshots

We’ve all heard the saying don’t judge a book by its cover, but unfortunately you have less than 10 seconds to make a good impression, whether it be a job interview, networking, or connecting online. In a technology connected world, people will often look you up prior to meeting in person, or calling your place of business.

Instead of using a selfie stick, or smartphone camera, consider taking a professional headshot. A typical session lasts 15-30 minutes and consists of a traditional head/shoulder pose. You will obtain proofs after the session and receive one high resolution image on a CD.

Time is precious, therefore you can come to or studio, or we can come to you. If having an event, adding the service of getting a portrait done could act as a great incentive for attending the event. With our on-site printing capabilities, we can take photos upon people entering the event and have them ready to go by the time they depart.

Photos with Santa
Every year, at our studio we hold open sessions with Santa. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking a time slot is encouraged. There are no session fees, sessions last approx. 10 minutes and includes up to 5 family members (pets are welcomed). Packages start as little as $10. Watch Me Grow Baby Plan

There is nothing more precious than the story of your son or daughter. A baby today, a child tomorrow. Nothing lasts forever, and we at Premier Portrait Studio would like to help you hold on to those important moments before they grow up before your eyes. 

Our Watch Me Grow Baby Plan is a program designed to capture photos of your child from an infant to toddler. Your first session will be once your child is born, and thereafter we have sessions at three months, six months, nine months, 1 year, 18 months and 2 years old. Maternity sessions are also available.

These photo opportunities are for you and your whole family to take part in and can include parents, grandparents, other siblings or even a pet. Custom proof books are available, and we have specialty products such as custom made bibs, rompers, canvas wraps and more.
